Tactical Tattoo USA provides private mobile tattoo sessions at no cost to homebound U.S. veterans who may have difficulty traveling to or feeling comfortable inside a traditional tattoo studio.
Our Mission
Bringing the Tattoo Experience Home
Tactical Tattoo USA was created to make meaningful tattoo experiences more accessible to homebound veterans. For some veterans, physical limitations, travel challenges, crowded environments, PTSD, anxiety, or other personal circumstances can make visiting a traditional tattoo studio difficult.
We bring the session to the veteran, creating a private, sterile, respectful, and welcoming environment where they can express their story through permanent art without worrying about travel or cost.

Justin Woleslagle brings 22 years of tattooing and artistic experience to Tactical Tattoo USA. He founded the organization with a simple purpose: to use his craft to serve veterans with dignity, patience, and respect.

No Cost to the Veteran
Eligible sessions are provided free of charge, removing cost as a barrier to receiving meaningful tattoo work.
